	Candace Liebner, Loan Officer Candace E. Liebner has been involved with retail banking and a financial analyst for more than 24 years. Her expertise in marketing government lending products is what brought her to Mayfair Mortgage Inc. over 7 years ago. Being involved in an industry that is ever changing is challenging, but these changes have been positive to the mortgage market. Past accomplishments include director for WMPA (Wisconsin Mortgage Professional Association) which represents the entire state of Wisconsin in lobbying for the mortgage broker.
	Brent Barrett, Loan Officer Brent has an 11 year background in business consulting and development. Along with 9 years of extensive direct mail and marketing training. He has worked with fortune 500 companies both in the auto, insurance and finance arenas. He was successful in expanding General Motors, American family insurance and SunTrust Bank into the Pacific Northwest. Brent’s work ethic and education has put him far beyond people in his field. He has managed sales teams of over 40 people. His knowledge on how to forecast and project campaigns in both marketing and development from within the current business has been his greatest focus. He brings a vast array of ideas along with specific detailed plans of how to set these programs in motion.

	Susan Koutsios, Loan Officer Susan Koutsios has been a mortgage professional for over 10 years, and has some of the best knowledge for first time home buyers. Along with her outstanding experience in the financial industry, she can offer you over 28 years of experience as a real estate broker associate/owner with a CRS and GRI designation. She has worked through some of the most challenging marketing trends in the last 20 years and is well qualified to help you with all of your financial needs!

	Michael Zollicoffer, Loan Officer Michael has been in the mortgage industry for over 6 years. 	Bo Chen, Loan Officer Bo's passion in real estate had him completely giving up everything else he was doing and became a full time real estate investor in 2002. During the 5 year period until 2006, he has bought and sold 50+ houses of his own, while providing brokerage services to mainly his fellow country men from China. In 2007 he transitioned himself from an investor to full time Realtor and became a mortgage loan officer with Mayfair Mortgage in Feb 2009.
